NOKIA MOBILES setting of interent on PC using AIRTEL connection

Steps

=> Install your nokia pc suite software in computer.

=>Make sure you have both the connection activated in airtel. GPRS and 395 recharge coupan.

=>Setting of how you will get connection is given below.

=>Now connect your phone to Pc.

=> Now click on the phone link appearing on the task bar.

=> Click on connect to the internet.

=>click on settings

=>in access point setting type airtelgprs.com and leave user name and password blank.

=>now click on connect .

=> please say thx to me.

Gprs setting of nokia(AIRTEL ONLY) and i-mate

Hello friends my name is cg and i am currently in india. I am writing this blog to help u for doing setting of gprs in imate and nokia. u belong to any country or u r using any mobile service basic setting of our mobile is same and i hope these setting will help u. i am currently using airtel.

Setting of imate ph17b is as follows

step 1 please make sure from ur service provider that ur gprs service is activated.

step 2 now in ur imate o2 go in start ->setting->connection->connection->

step 3 now click on make new connection->connection name->GPRS(make sure it is capital letter, this name is for airtel user in india. )->access point name->airtelgprs.com.

step 4 leave the password and username space blank.

step 5 click on finish.

step 6 click on start->program->wireless modem->usb->activate or start(bfore pressing start make sure u have disconnected ur gprs by pressing red button continuosly)

step 7 join ur mobile with computer in usb activated condition.

step 8 ur computer automatically detect the htc usb modem and install a driver for it. if it can not able to detect it u can download it form net or from ur pocket pc cd.

step 9 after installing ur modem click start->setting->control panel-> phone and modem option->modem->properties->advanced->intialization value-> AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","airtelgprs.com",""(it is case sensitive so type as it is, at the place of airtelgprs u can type ur accespoint number)

step 10 in modem option clear the check on wait for dial tone.

step 11 click on start ->setting->control panel->network connections->make new connection->
for dialing to internet->my connection manually->connetion name ->AIRTEL->phone number->*99# ->user name and password blank.
step 10 click on finish.

step 11 enjoy

For nokia user who wanna use internet on their pc using a mobile phone with airtel prepaid connection

step 1 rechage ur mobile phone with Rs 395 recharge coupan from any airtel shop.
step 2 call customer care and ask them to activate ur gprs.
step 3. wait for 24 hours.
step 4. send a message MO to 2567.
step 5. save the setting which comes from 2567.
step 6. install the software of nokia on ur pc.
step 7 syncronize ur mobile with it.
step 8. enjoy.
